CSC Celebrates 30 Years!

CSC is very proud to announce that 2009 represents our 30th year in business. As one of our goals for this year, we have rolled out our new web site. This site contains links to our products and service offerings, user forum, documentation for our ERP application, and access to emergency support.

Over the past 30 years, CSC has been providing world-class services to clients throughout the United States. Included in our many service offerings are web development, SQL Server database management and application support by Microsoft certified professionals, Linux, Windows, Solaris, Unix, and network support, application help desk support, and report and query development. Our network support encompasses all aspects of server maintenance and backup, router and firewall configuration, peripherals, hardware support, and desktop integration. Support is available for both in-house servers and offsite hosted environments.

Our programming staff has extensive coding experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Access, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and PHP. In addition to customization of standard software packages, we also design and code custom applications for unique business requirements and integrate custom applications with several third party packages. Purchase Order

With TelesisMFG Purchase Order Management you can easily trace the progress of an order from requisition and approval, to purchase order, through receipt, inspection, and deposit into a storeroom location. You can anticipate cash requirements as soon as commitments are made. Monitor scheduled receipts by vendor, item, or job and evaluate vendor dependability by tracking on-time delivery and rejects.

Get Purchasing Control and Flexability too
Like all TelesisMFG products, Purchase Order Management makes extensive use of defaults to reduce data entry and chance of error. It allows buyers to have their own "Mini Purchase Order System" by setting up different classes of purchase orders each with different defaults [e.g., raw materials, supplies, outside operations]. Your purchase order can also reference the vendor's item number, in their unit of measure and cost.

TelesisMFG Purchase Order Management easily supports blanket/contract purchase orders with unlimited number of releases.

An unlimited number of comments may be maintained as purchase order and/or line specifications, including access to predefined standard notes and automatic copying of hem specific notes onto the purchase order.

You also have the ability to provide a list of goads to be received. This list can be used by receiving and inspection departments to plan far incoming goods.
The on-line requisition input and approval functions make it easy for users to request the products they need while restricting them from requesting items they shouldn't. The approval routing function is designed to let you indicate what needs to be approved and by whom.

Find What You Need When You Need It
An extremely powerful inquiry allows you to find any purchase order or item in the Requisition/Purchase Order/Receiving process and find out exactly what the status is. You can find your requisition, see when it was approved and by whom, see when [or if] it was ordered, when it's due, and whether it has been received.

Control On A Line Item Basis
TelesisMFG Purchase Order Management supports multiple release dates for each line item of a purchase order. Each purchase order may have its own "date required" and "date promised. In order to maintain tight budget control, each release or line can be associated with a particular job, project, or cast center. Each can be shipped to separate stock locations or drop shipped to your customer.

Monitor Vendor Performance
Using comparison percentages provided by TelesisMFG Purchase Order Management, you can establish a clear vision of the ability of Various vendors to deliver products on time and at expected costs. The comparisons include the purchase order line items that were late during the current and previous years, percentage of cost variance between expected and billed prices, and percentages of delivered items rejected.

Using vendor cross-referencing, you can predefine the vendors that supply specific items. Now your requester or buyer can see best price in relation to item/vendor statistics on rejects, fill ratios and on-time delivery. A per-order variance report clearly points out where suppliers failed to meet obligations so that corrective actions can be taken immediately.
