CSC Celebrates 30 Years!

CSC is very proud to announce that 2009 represents our 30th year in business. As one of our goals for this year, we have rolled out our new web site. This site contains links to our products and service offerings, user forum, documentation for our ERP application, and access to emergency support.

Over the past 30 years, CSC has been providing world-class services to clients throughout the United States. Included in our many service offerings are web development, SQL Server database management and application support by Microsoft certified professionals, Linux, Windows, Solaris, Unix, and network support, application help desk support, and report and query development. Our network support encompasses all aspects of server maintenance and backup, router and firewall configuration, peripherals, hardware support, and desktop integration. Support is available for both in-house servers and offsite hosted environments.

Our programming staff has extensive coding experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Access, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and PHP. In addition to customization of standard software packages, we also design and code custom applications for unique business requirements and integrate custom applications with several third party packages. We support integration with forms design software, bar code applications, data mapping applications, HTML and AS400 screen capturing software, and data search utilities.

Marketing Manager

The TelesisMFG Marketing Manager reporting module can do much more than single listings of dates by customer and item. Marketing Manager reports display in informative, yet concise formats that enable you to quickly locate major sales and profit sources by customer, product, sales territory, and salesperson. To save you time, Marketing Manager provides a wealth of standard reports. In most cases, you will have the report you need right at your fingertips. In addition, the capability of ad-hoc reporting allows you to isolate specific information that may not be available through standard reporting. Standard reports combined with the ad-hoc capability of a relational database ensure that marketing and sales departments have the information necessary to plan and fine tune sales strategies.

Analyze Customer Performance
The TelesisMFG Marketing Manager customer reports track profit and sales by customer.

For example, the Shipments by Customer Ranking Report ranks customers in descending order by sales showing the percentage contributed to the company totals. Other examples of customer reports include, the Shipping History by State Report which gives you a geographical perspective on sales, and the Shipments by Customer Type Report which organizes customers by logical customer groupings [e.g., distribution, retail, etc.].

Analyze Sales Performance
Marketing Manager offers a variety of shipping analysis reports sorted by major classification.

For example, the Shipments by Manager & Salesperson Report shows the sales manager, salesperson number and name, PTD and MD dollars, and ratio to total percentages. This report may be run for one, a range, or all salespeople to assist sales executives and salespeople

The Shipments by Manager, Salesperson, Category, & Item Report provides a breakdown of sales and commissions earned for one, a range, or all user-defined inventory product groups by a used-defined time period.

Determine Product Group Performance
 The Shipments by Product Category Report determines the sales generated within each inventory product group for each period. The Profit Per Salesperson by Product Group Report details the gross profit generated by each salesperson analyzed for each of the inventory product groups specified with monthly and quarterly sub-totals and grand totals. The Customer Ranking by Product Category Report shows the sales generated within each inventory product group for each customer analyzed for each period in a specified range.
