CSC is very proud to announce that 2009 represents our 30th year in business. As one of our goals for this year, we have rolled out our new web site. This site contains links to our products and service offerings, user forum, documentation for our ERP application, and access to emergency support.
Over the past 30 years, CSC has been providing world-class services to clients throughout the United States. Included in our many service offerings are web development, SQL Server database management and application support by Microsoft certified professionals, Linux, Windows, Solaris, Unix, and network support, application help desk support, and report and query development. Track Material Movement
Fully integrated with all TelesisMFG modules, Inventory Management allows control over the entire inventory by maintaining raw materials, supplies, tooling, and finished goods. Through real-time, on-line interaction, Inventory Management provides quick and accurate access to the status of all items, including: open purchase orders, work-in-process [WIP], receipts and transfers, an-hand items, allocated and backordered items, items on-order with reorder points, and unit of measure conversions.
Reduced Data Entry
You can add items quickly and easily due to the many defaults and our item copy capability. User defined transaction codes and move tickets predefine reoccurring inventory transactions. Our mass price change utility enables you to change base prices quickly with the ability to implement those changes on the day scheduled. Inventory Management offers features that reduce the number of key strokes necessary, reducing clerical time and the chance of user error.
Analyze and Maintain Control Over Inventory
Inventory Management provides the timely and accurate information you need to maintain control over inventory. Controls include: an inventory ordering report that allows you to select only those items requiring attention; an inventory classification [ABC] report; economic order quantity [EOQ) calculations; and a "create your own" inventory master report. The inventory master report, which you can save for easy reprinting, allows you to select what you need from the many output formats and ranges.
Inventory Management supports a comprehensive mixture of many different reorder methods: MRP, reorder point, safety stock, min-max, lot sizing, and EOQ.
Through Inventory Management, you can add certification codes to items to restrict sales and purchases to non-certified customers and vendors. You can also tag documents and their revisions to an item and can control specific items at the bin level.
Lot and Serial Tracking
TelesisMFG offers a variety of lot and serial control features, from full control of items from raw material and purchased components, through manufacturing and delivery to customer.
Audit Trail Inventory Management captures all inventory transactions, regardless of source, in a comprehensive transaction log which supplies reports and inquiries that give the "who," "what, "when," "why," and "to where".
