CSC Celebrates 30 Years!

CSC is very proud to announce that 2009 represents our 30th year in business. As one of our goals for this year, we have rolled out our new web site. This site contains links to our products and service offerings, user forum, documentation for our ERP application, and access to emergency support.

Over the past 30 years, CSC has been providing world-class services to clients throughout the United States. Included in our many service offerings are web development, SQL Server database management and application support by Microsoft certified professionals, Linux, Windows, Solaris, Unix, and network support, application help desk support, and report and query development. Our network support encompasses all aspects of server maintenance and backup, router and firewall configuration, peripherals, hardware support, and desktop integration. Support is available for both in-house servers and offsite hosted environments.

Our programming staff has extensive coding experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Access, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and PHP. In addition to customization of standard software packages, we also design and code custom applications for unique business requirements and integrate custom applications with several third party packages. We support integration with forms design software, bar code applications, data mapping applications, HTML and AS400 screen capturing software, and data search utilities.

Product Configurator

TelesisMFG Product ConfiguratDr is a powerful tool to accurately configure end products to unique customer requirements and specifications while you are entering and quoting the order.

Choose Options Which Suit Your Needs
To create a custom order in Product Configurator, you use standard products which have multiple options and accessories. Product Configurator helps point out options to use for your particular order. Options and accessories are organized into option groups by type. These groups can then be used to include or exclude certain components when specific options or accessories are selected. Product Configurator also enables you to designate the minimum and maximum amount that can be selected from a group of options.

A powerful zoom window displays all options, group codes, and features to the user in detailed paint and select lists. The zooms are available automatically or by request on a field-by-field basis. Even the novice can be an expert configurator.

Assure The Optimum Product Configuration
 Product Configurator helps guarantee that the product is specified correctly and does not contain omissions. Product Configurator automatically checks all selected options far cross-interdependencies and issues warnings to help identify inconsistencies. Once the product is specified, you can continue with the order process: designating the quantity ordered, assigning a customer item number, and entering a due date. Product Configurator improves customer service by simplifying the custom order entry process and drastically reducing the chance of errors on custom orders.

 TelesisMFG Product Configurator, like all TelesisMFG modules, is structured to be user controlled. Features can be activated and directed based on user-defined values and conditions. Your Product Configurator will be uniquely yours.

Enjoy Planning and Forecasting Accuracy That Only Integration Can Provide
 Once the custom configuration is entered, Product Configurator creates work orders and a modularized Bill of Material for the manufacturing process. Product Configurator hands off orders to Material Requirements Planning to calculate resource requirements for production, allocates stock, and updates the item master sold year-to-date records in Inventory Management. To forecast, TelesisMFG Product Configurator makes use of a modular planning bill. The planning bill can then be fed to Master Schedule Planning and Material Requirements Planning to project requirements based on the percentage of the times you expect this option to be selected.

Access Information When You Need It
The Product Configurator history capability allows you to re-order items which were custom configured in the past. Go straight to a previously configured item and either reuse it or tailor it to configure a new item. In order to easily locate a previously configured item, you can search by order number, customer, item number, or by whether it was an order or a quote.
