CSC Celebrates 30 Years!

CSC is very proud to announce that 2009 represents our 30th year in business. As one of our goals for this year, we have rolled out our new web site. This site contains links to our products and service offerings, user forum, documentation for our ERP application, and access to emergency support.

Over the past 30 years, CSC has been providing world-class services to clients throughout the United States. Included in our many service offerings are web development, SQL Server database management and application support by Microsoft certified professionals, Linux, Windows, Solaris, Unix, and network support, application help desk support, and report and query development. Our network support encompasses all aspects of server maintenance and backup, router and firewall configuration, peripherals, hardware support, and desktop integration. Support is available for both in-house servers and offsite hosted environments.

Our programming staff has extensive coding experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Access, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and PHP. The TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module assists manufacturers in managing their most precious resource cash. Accounts Payable promotes implementing a payment strategy, monitoring vendor performance, provides tools for monitoring cash flow issues and maximizes control over the accounts payable process. By providing all this information on-line, you can spend more time making strategic cash flow decisions and less time gathering the information needed to make decisions. The TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module can operate in both a centralized and decentralized accounting departments.

Control and Analysis
The TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module provides both control of the payable process as well as the ability to perform the appropriate analysis of all payable issues. Central is a notably important aspect of any financial system. TelesisMFG provides user defined control over the transactions associated with voucher types, payment processing, overpayment, optional batch control and access to company sensitive information.

The TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module provides numerous analysis tools. Tools to assist in analyzing vendor performance, cash flow, and vendor discount options. User defined aging buckets assist today's manufacturer with the ability to analyze numerous payment scenarios. In addition, the TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module provides analysis tools for looking at future commitments which purchase orders can include purchases not yet invoiced and planned.

Transaction Processing-Vouchers
Efficient Transaction processing is a critical function of any accounts payable system. TelesisMFG supports numerous voucher types: vouchers originating from a purchase order, sundry payables, recurring, and voucher allocation splitting. All these voucher types have controls that support your business philosophies with built in automatic processing procedures.

TelesisMFG fully supports a four-way match in voucher processing, a critically important aspect for today's manufacturers. TelesisMFG pulls and matches the purchase order, goods received, the status of goods after inspection and the vendor invoice for the optimal execution of the voucher. In addition to pulling this information, the TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module provides user defined control limits and processing options to assist in the accurate processing of vouchers. In addition, TelesisMFG allows for debit memo processing to accommodate the situations where the Vendor invoice does not meet the four way match.

With all vouchers, TelesisMFG provides many practical features to assist the manufacturer in managing cash. All posting options to the General Ledger are user, transaction and company definable. This means you have complete control of how your accounts payable department will operate. The TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module fully supports foreign currency processing and the associated foreign gains/losses. To accurately reflect your financial picture, vouchers can be posted in an unlimited amount of user defined periods, and you can also re-open closed periods and split distributions to a number of accounts.

Payment Options Cash Disbursements
The TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module provides many options for reviewing, analyzing and disbursing cash. This processing begins with flexible aging analysis through drill downs and reports, all available on demand.

The TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module provides such advanced capabilities as partial payments; checks run by bank, vendor and due date; funds availability checking; discount options; and foreign currency conversions. After the analysis of payment options has been evaluated, a check run preview can be generated with electronic authorization for approval. TelesisMFG supports both check generation by computer, as well as manually generated checks. All posting options are controlled by your organization.

Check Reconciliation
The TelesisMFG Accounts Payable module also supports full bank reconciliation capabilities with user tailoring of reconciliation and reconciliation by transaction type. The TelesisMFG bank reconciliation function is not just check reconciliation, it is fully integrated with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Open balances of each bank statement are checked against the closing balance of previous statements. A journal worksheet aids in the process of checking mistakes. The bank reconciliation process automatically matches bank statements with a detailed matching report, matched and unmatched transaction lockups and supports unlimited number of bank accounts with a full on-line audit trail. Vendor Analysis
TelesisMFG supports a wide variety of vendor analysis information necessary for evaluating your vendors in today's competitive environment.
