CSC is very proud to announce that 2009 represents our 30th year in business. As one of our goals for this year, we have rolled out our new web site. This site contains links to our products and service offerings, user forum, documentation for our ERP application, and access to emergency support.
Over the past 30 years, CSC has been providing world-class services to clients throughout the United States. Included in our many service offerings are web development, SQL Server database management and application support by Microsoft certified professionals, Linux, Windows, Solaris, Unix, and network support, application help desk support, and report and query development. Our network support encompasses all aspects of server maintenance and backup, router and firewall configuration, peripherals, hardware support, and desktop integration. Support is available for both in-house servers and offsite hosted environments.
Our programming staff has extensive coding experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Access, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and PHP. In addition to customization of standard software packages, we also design and code custom applications for unique business requirements and integrate custom applications with several third party packages. Please note that Mr. Rieben approach towards problem resolution, and customer interaction has always been most conscientious and highly efficient. With an additional sense of top professionalism and low key attitude which makes for a distinctive quality experience when dealing with Mr. Rieben.
I feel that he is truly an asset to CSC, I can say this without any qualms because I know the difference between mediocre, satisfactory & excellent service, since I have a been part of the IT service industry since 1975.
Satisfactory doesn’t seem to be a word in his book, which obviously makes it all the better when working with Mr. Rieben. As latest example, we should note what transpired last Thursday & Friday with Ellanef’s SUN450 Unix system, where ultimately Mr. Rieben was able to resolve in an expeditious & more than well done fashion.
Also, as footnote to Mr. Rieben’s excellent performance I’d like to include Ms. Kirstie Winston, who was instrumental in resolving the problem ASAP.
And Ms. Joan Silvery, who’s always done a great job for Ellanef et al.
Overall, I must conclude the CSC support staff is one of the best I’ve come across in my 34 years of IT service related experience.

This is a heartfelt congratulations for choosing Contemporary Software Concepts, … for the TelesisMFG ERP system. These people have basically done in a few months more for Laser Drive, Inc. than Telesis did in the 2 years I was associated with the organization.
The help desk staff have an in depth understanding of Telesis and it has actually been a pleasure talking with these individuals…CSC has answered and guided us through every one of our problems…

I want to express my appreciation of the work that your organization is doing to fix/improve TelesisMFG. I usually do not compliment vendors. What can I say Sandy. Amy and special guest star Jim baled me out again today. We have an ISO checkup starting Monday and we were in serious danger of getting our cert pulled unless we got the Purchasing functionality going that prompts the buyer that he is buying from a certified or non-certified vendor. I made the decision to destroy an empty file and replace it with a file I created in ACCESS. Didn’t work (big surprise huh?). Amy and Jim talked me down off the building and corrected my problem. My Quality Control Manager is giving me the “We’re Not Worthy Bow” now every time I walk by him.

Thanks for checking in with me. The server installation went extremely well. Actually, the whole process was a pleasure. Stu and John did a great job of taking the time up front to learn about our needs and did a fantastic job on the installation yesterday.
